Government Attendee Information
New this year we are offering a LIMITED number of Government Per Diem rooms. These rooms are available to Military and government employees only. Government contractors are excluded from these rooms.
As a government attendee, it is essential that you carefully review the following information regarding your accommodations and per diem. Compliance with these requirements is critical to ensure a smooth check-in and reimbursement process.

Hotel Check-In Requirements:
Upon arrival at your hotel, you must present the following documentation to qualify for the Government Per Diem rate:
- A valid Government or Military-issued ID (e.g., Common Access Card, DoD card, USID)
- Official travel orders authorizing your attendance at the 41st Space Symposium
Important Notice:
- Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the Government Per Diem rate not being applied and refunds not being issued, which could lead to additional charges at check-in.
- Ensure these documents are readily accessible upon arrival and confirm that the information on your travel orders match your reservation details.
- If you encounter any issues at check-in, notify hotel staff immediately for assistance to avoid delays.
Following these guidelines will help ensure your check-in is efficient and that your per diem is honored without complication.

Rooms at The Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Resort (CMR) are allocated to Space Foundation corporate member companies, Space Foundation board members and essential staff.
A dedicated shuttle service will run between The Broadmoor and CMR every ten minutes from April 13 -16, 2026 between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

Conference Direct is the ONLY official housing bureau for the 41st Space Symposium. Neither they nor the Space Foundation will call you to offer considerable discounts. There has been aggressive activity with housing/hotel “pirates” or “poachers,” attempting to take advantage of our customers and exhibitors. We have no affiliation with these people and cannot assist with any financial loss that may be sustained as a result of doing business with them. Official Space Symposium shuttles will provide regularly scheduled transportation between official hotels and The Broadmoor, multiple times daily.
