As a Senior Consultant, Charlotte works for Novaspace’s consulting team in Washington DC and is specialized in the analysis of governments’ space programs and policies, with a focus on legal aspects. Charlotte is the editor-in-chief of the Government Space Programs, an analysis of global space activities and space expenditures of over 90 countries. She has also been leading and contributing to different consulting missions supporting industry stakeholders and governments in their decision-making related mainly to space strategy.

She holds a Master’s Degree in International and European Public Law as well as a Master’s Degree in Space and Telecommunication Law both from the University of Paris-Saclay.
