Industry/Educator/Nonprofit/Contractor Registration Fees

Space Symposium program industry registration includes admission to Symposium general sessions, exhibits and receptions. It does not include a ticket to any Symposium luncheons or dinners; tickets for these dining events must be purchased separately. Tech Track registration includes lunch on Monday.

Active Military/Government Registration Fees

The Space Foundation offers a special discounted registration rate for active government and military personnel. Space Symposium program active military/government registration includes admission to Space Symposium general sessions, exhibits, receptions and includes a choice of 3 of the 5 luncheons and dinners, which you will select during registration—see Dining Tickets section below for available options (Government Affairs Breakfast is not included and must be purchased separately). Tech Track registration includes lunch on Monday.

New Generation Space Leaders Program Guidelines

For young space professionals age 35 and under, the Space Foundation will help participants gain visibility and exposure to senior leaders while getting advice and insight on career development (no extra cost, but Symposium registration is required). *ONLY space professionals age 35 and younger who have registered for the Symposium may attend New Generation Space Leaders Program events.

Cyber 1.9 Classified

Seating at Cyber 1.9 Classified on Monday, April 8 is extremely limited. Early registration is advised. This event is not included as part of your 35th Space Symposium registration. Open to approved government and industry participants with U.S. citizenship or invited FVEY partners. TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Clearance Verification Disclaimer: In order to attend Cyber 1.9, your TS/SCI clearance must be received and verified no later than March 24, 2019. If you have registered and this condition is not met, you will be responsible for a $50 additional service charge. No exceptions.

Space Classified

Space Classified, scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, 2019 is a separate forum for approved government and industry participants with U.S. citizenship or invited FVEY partners. TS/SCI security clearance is required. This event is not included as part of your 35th Space Symposium registration.

The registration fee to attend Space Classified is:
$1,210 for Industry/Educator/Nonprofit/Contractor, or
$625 for Active Military/Government

Due to the venue’s limited capacity, and the popularity of this event, demand far exceeds supply (specifically, the number of seats available). As a result, individuals from both Industry and Government interested in attending must be pre-approved to register.

Exhibit Center Passes

Only paid Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Exhibit Center and Pavilion. We do not offer an exhibits-only pass. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies. The Space Foundation does not have the authority to issue visitor passes.

Privacy Policy

The Space Foundation publishes a standard list of conference attendees. Attendee contact information is shared for the sole purpose of invitations to conference related social events and business meetings. Information will not be sold or shared beyond the scope of the conference. If you would like to be omitted from this list, you can state your preference during the registration process.  Otherwise, you can contact [email protected] for assistance in removing you from the list. Liability

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Space Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the attendee. The Space Foundation takes no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Space Symposium. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Space Symposium is the individual attendee’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Space Symposium, or through the cancellation of the Space Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Space Foundation will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.

Conference Photography

By attending the Symposium you have registered for, you grant the Space Foundation, host group or association, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing by emailing your details, the photos details and the conference name to [email protected] detailing your request.
