Justin Silver

Justin Silver is currently Senior Legal Counsel at IonQ working on mergers, acquisitions, and investments. He joined IonQ after its acquisition of Capella Space where he was Legal Counsel. Before joining IonQ, Justin was General Counsel at Maxar Space Systems and Director, Corporate Attorney at Maxar Technologies. Prior to moving in-house, Justin was an associate attorney at two large corporate law firms in New York City: Milbank as a member of the Space and Satellite group and Sullivan & Cromwell as a member of the Commercial Real Estate group. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tufts University and a law degree from the University of Michigan School of Law.
