The Space Foundation offers a special discounted registration rate for active government and military personnel. Space Symposium program active military/government registration includes access to Space Symposium general sessions, exhibits, and receptions. It does not include a ticket to any Symposium luncheons or dinners; tickets for these dining events must be purchased separately.

Unfortunately, in-person registrations for this year’s program are SOLD OUT.

Persons still wanting to participate in the 36th Space Symposium can still get access all of this year’s programing through our Virtual Experience.

Because of venue capacity restrictions, we have limited in-person tickets available. We encourage all those individuals that want to participate to register for our Virtual Experience.

The 36th Space Symposium virtual components provide:

  • Access live 36th Space Symposium presentations, speakers and panels;
  • Connect to exclusive virtual/on-demand content (e.g., interviews, panels and presentations);
  • Engage with the sponsors and exhibitors showcased at our Lockheed Martin Exhibit Center; and,
  • Network with peers and experts across the space community.

We are not providing any exception or waitlist for in-person registration and hope you will join us virtually for this year’s program.

Virtual Experience Platform

Individuals unable to attend in person can register for the Virtual Experience Platform to see, hear and engage with the presentations, panels, awards, and programming that will unfold at this year’s event and, as an added, bonus, receive a subscription to Symposium 365 through December 31, 2021.

  • Share information and connect with others across the globe.
  • Interact with other attendees through 1:1 meetings, round tables and direct social connections.
  • Late to the live event? No problem! Adaptable streaming allows attendees to view sessions in real-time.
  • Create a custom agenda based on your interests.
  • Engage live with Q&A with the speakers.
  • No additional Zoom sign-in required for viewers.

VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE includes Virtual Experience platform and a subscription to Symposium 365 through December 31, 2021. - AVAILABLE!  $750 for industry participants and $495 for military/government participants.


Cancellation / Transfer Policy

Cancellations received in writing by July 23, 2021 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after July 23, 2021. No exceptions.

Registration transfers will be processed through August 13, 2021. No transfer fee will be assessed.

Please note: In the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.

New Generation Space Leaders Program Guidelines

For young space professionals age 35 and under, the Space Foundation will help participants gain visibility and exposure to senior leaders while getting advice and insight on career development (no extra cost, but Symposium registration is required). *ONLY space professionals age 35 and younger who have registered for the Symposium may attend New Generation Space Leaders Program events.


Exhibit Center Passes

Only paid Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Lockheed Martin Exhibit Centers North and South. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies and sponsors.

Privacy Policy

The Space Foundation publishes a standard list of conference attendees. Attendee contact information is shared for the sole purpose of invitations to conference-related social events and business meetings. Information will not be sold or shared beyond the scope of the conference. If you would like to be omitted from this list, you can state your preference during the registration process.  Otherwise, you can contact [email protected] for assistance in removing you from the list. In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Space Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the attendee. The Space Foundation takes no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Space Symposium. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Space Symposium is the individual attendee’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Space Symposium, or through the cancellation of the Space Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Space Foundation will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.

Conference Photography

By attending the Symposium you have registered for, you grant the Space Foundation, host group or association, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing by emailing your details, the photos details and the conference name to [email protected] detailing your request.
