On-Site Access + Virtual Experience Platform
Includes first-come first-served seating at any of the on-site Livestream Viewing Areas and the opportunity to attend open networking events or purchase à la carte luncheon and dinner tickets. For added convenience, on-site attendees can view a livestream of the sessions on their phone or personal device and view a session on-demand by logging into the Virtual Experience Platform. This registration type also allows access to Industry and Government Meeting Rooms on the Broadmoor property and admittance to the Lockheed Martin Exhibit Center during regular exhibition hours. As a bonus, attendees will receive a subscription to Symposium 365 through December 31, 2021.
Virtual Experience: Registrants for the Virtual Experience will be able to see, hear and engage with the presentations, panels, awards, and programming that will unfold at this year’s program. Building connections and understanding have always been the dividends of attending Space Symposium, and those are rewards Space Foundation wants to extend beyond those participants who join us in-person in Colorado Springs.
Symposium 365: Engagement with Symposium 365 is offered to individuals in the form of complimentary online events, subscriptions to timely reports, membership to peer groups, and registration to workshops and live events. Commercial organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions engage through annual subscriptions, memberships and sponsorships.

Virtual Experience Platform
Individuals unable to attend in person can register for the Virtual Experience Platform to see, hear and engage with the presentations, panels, awards, and programming that will unfold at this year’s event and, as an added, bonus, receive a subscription to Symposium 365 through December 31, 2021.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy
Cancellations received in writing by July 23, 2021 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after July 23, 2021. No exceptions.
Registration transfers will be processed through August 13, 2021. No transfer fee will be assessed.
Please note: In the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.

New Generation Space Leaders Program Guidelines
For young space professionals age 35 and under, the Space Foundation will help participants gain visibility and exposure to senior leaders while getting advice and insight on career development (no extra cost, but Symposium registration is required). *ONLY space professionals age 35 and younger who have registered for the Symposium may attend New Generation Space Leaders Program events.
Exhibit Center Passes
Only paid Symposium registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Lockheed Martin Exhibit Centers North and South. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies and sponsors.
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Space Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the attendee. The Space Foundation takes no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Space Symposium. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Space Symposium is the individual attendee’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Space Symposium, or through the cancellation of the Space Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Space Foundation will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.
By attending the Symposium you have registered for, you grant the Space Foundation, host group or association, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing by emailing your details, the photos details and the conference name to [email protected] detailing your request.
