Includes first-come, first-served seating in the International Center for live speaker sessions, access to the Track Pass sessions being held at Cheyenne Mountain Resort, full access to our virtual platform, admission to the Ball Aerospace Exhibit Center and the opportunity to attend open networking events or purchase à la carte luncheon and dinner tickets. Track Pass - $450
Special tracks focusing on artificial intelligence, finance, and space exploration. This registration is limited to special sessions being held at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Registrants of Track Pass will also gain admittance to the Ball Aerospace Exhibit Center during open hours. As a bonus, attendees will receive a subscription to Symposium 365 through December 31, 2022.
NOTE: Track Pass Registrants will not have access to the main speaking program being held at The Broadmoor. If interested in attending full Space Symposium programming, you must purchase Premium Access.
Virtual Experience - $750
Individuals unable to attend in person can register for the Virtual Experience to see, hear and engage with the presentations, panels, awards, programming, and as an added bonus, receive a subscription to Symposium 365 through December 31, 2022.

Industry/Educator/Nonprofit/Contractor Registration Fees
Space Symposium program industry registration includes access to Space Symposium general sessions, exhibits and receptions. It does not include a ticket to any Space Symposium luncheons or dinners. Tickets for these dining events must be purchased separately.
Active Military/Government Registration Fees
Space Foundation offers a special discounted registration rate for active government and military personnel. Space Symposium program active military/government registration includes access to Space Symposium general sessions, exhibits, and receptions. It does not include a ticket to any Space Symposium luncheons or dinners. Tickets for these dining events must be purchased separately.
Cancellation / Transfer Policy
Cancellations received in writing by March 4, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after March 4, 2022. There will be no exceptions. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. If for any reason Space Foundation cancels or postpones this event, Space Foundation is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by attendees, exhibitors, or speakers.
Registration transfers will be processed through March 21, 2022. A $200 transfer fee will be assessed.
Please note: In the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.

New Generation Space Leaders Program Guidelines
For young space professionals age 35 and under, Space Foundation will help participants gain visibility and exposure to senior leaders while getting advice and insight on career development (no extra cost, but Space Symposium registration is required). *ONLY space professionals age 35 and younger who have registered for the Space Symposium may attend New Generation Space Leaders Program events.
Exhibit Center Passes
Only paid Space Symposium and Track Pass registrants, exhibitors or registered visitors are allowed in the Ball Aerospace Exhibit Center. All visitor passes are reserved and designated by exhibiting companies and sponsors.
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, Space Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the attendee. Space Foundation takes no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Space Symposium. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Space Symposium is the individual attendee’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Space Symposium, or through the cancellation of the Space Symposium itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Space Foundation will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.
By registering for and attending the Space Symposium, you grant Space Foundation, host group or association, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing by emailing your details, the photos details and the conference name to [email protected] detailing your request.
