- Business Case Analysis for a USAF Fighter Pilot Pipeline CONOP, assessing the multi-FYDP ROI and implications of introducing new technologies, curriculum, and training aircrafts
- Weapons Systems Sustainment cost transformation for a USAF Program Office, bringing industry best practices to DoD applications
Expertise includes:
- Developing strategic roadmaps and ROI estimations to unlock cost, schedule, and performance improvements from Digital Engineering
- Refining MBSE architectures, Digital twins, and agile operating models for driving business value
- Deploying ML models to enable trade decisions and improve modeling & simulation performance
Background:
- Before joining McKinsey, Andrew was a Global Program Manager and Lead Engineer for a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry and a Manufacturing Engineer for an automotive OEM
- Andrew earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University
