Karr Winslow “Win” Farrell, Jr. is Program Data Officer at Jacobs Missile Defense Group with over four decades of experience in managing data for complex aerospace programs. As a planetary scientist with CalTech’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), he was a member of mission control on NASA missions including Viking and Galileo. His background in commercial space includes financial management of telecommunications satellite constellations, including Westar and NASA’s Tracking and Data Relay Satellite System (TDRSS).
His work in marketing has focused on the coevolution of technology and consumer behavior, as reported in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CNN. For the MDA, he provides executive leadership in the application of data analytics and advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and natural language processing.
